I had no idea until the glasses were being presented in my hands that it was 3D. I was nervous. MVA was short, but it was so fast paced and action oriented I think it was focused on building that action. If not for my son I probably would have waited for DVD as well, but it was a pleasant surprise with the 3D even though it would still have been good without it. I wouldn’t either. I recently saw Coraline in 3D and I enjoyed it immensely. 3 stars is a good rating for a film but it does have a really short running time.
