    I have always found Freddy to be the most noteworthy of the big horror film characters of this generation, even though I have a personal affection for Leatherface. Nonetheless you can’t argue with the diabolical wickedness of Freddy, and without question he is the most recognizable today. Good monster of the week. I vote for Leatherface next week though.

    Nobody does Freddy Krueger like Robert Englund and the remake of NOES is what really makes me scared. I always dislike the idea of remakes but only a few have really made grunt in anger. This is one of them.

    Really? A remake? That’s blasphemy, but I guess Rob Zombie did it with Halloween. That actually looks good though.
