It is often forgotten these days through association with the Joel Schumacher abominations and because of the success of The Dark Knight. The only thing missing in this film was Michelle Pfeiffer. The fixed that problem three year later! It’s interesting that you say Michael Keaton is the best Batman, I have always discounted Kilmer and Clooney as rubbish but never compared Keaton to Bale.
