I’ll tell you why I don’t comment as often and why I don’t typically leave longer comments. First off, I work from 5am to 7pm during the week… I get limited online time at night because of family stuff. However, I do check your site, Castor’s and a couple others daily. Second, and this goes back to our blog blusters, it’s hard to leave a comment here. It’s the only site I have problems with. When I type out my comment, it doesn’t appear right away. I have to wait and when it does appear, all the words aren’t always there.This comment took almost 8 minutes to write and post (I timed it). It would take a minute over at Anomalous. I don’t know if it’s my computer (which is admittedly poor)or what but it only happens here. On a side note, the page as a whole has loaded quicker since you made your changes.

I would also suggest that making the Top 5 with those sort of problems kind of makes me the real winner and uber-fan of Movie Mobsters… so there!

I can’t keep up at AM anymore. It’s gotten bananas over there. I’m with you on the time. There are about 5-10 sites I visit everyday (or try to) and then I try and hit the whole blogroll once a week and that’s hard too. I work full time, run the site, and have two kids and a house to run, not to mention me and the hubby work on opposite schedules so our time together is limited, and the idea of actually getting sleep is laughable.
I wonder why that is with the site. Strangely AM is always the one I have most problems with! Ha! Until they changed the layout. I’m glad the new template is loading faster though. I didn’t want something crazy different, just a smoother version of what we had before.
AND with the blog crazy comments, I’m even having a hard time keeping up with these guys on my own site!!!!!!!!! I don’t blame you.
Yeah… I’m thinking about doing one of these but going for Quantity over quality. And, yes, Castor’s site is out of control lately. I don’t even subscribe for comments anymore cuz my inbox gets flooded but I’ve never had problems with his site loading at all!

Yes, well I had the benefit of timezones on my side — midnight eastern is only 9 pacific. And, I was also doing cheap stuff like replying to my own comments (FTW!)
